We believe in a world where humans are curious and willing to understand each other.
It started as a habit. Agata began saving interesting questions on her phone, ones she overheard at workshops, over long meals, in cafés. Some conversations inspired her to write new ones herself. Years later, one night in Warszawa, she finally asked Kasia and Jorge a few of them out loud, questions none of them had dared to ask before. That's the night Deep Questions Movement truly surfaced.
The collection kept growing past 300 questions, with more people adding their own. To shape the first physical set, thirty friends rated every question from 1 to 10, plus a "must be" vote for the ones they couldn't imagine leaving out. One question earned 25 of those votes and became our flagship card. We photocopied the first deck and tested it everywhere: across cultures, conflict zones, ideologies, generations, even our own families.
Later, Mery joined to shape how the cards look and feel, drawing from cyanotypes of plants found in the Białowieża Forest, Poland. Julian gave us the nudge to finally build this website.
We're in no rush. DQM is a slow-cook project, and we're fine with that.
